The viZaar SNK 60x pan-tilt-zoom camera is ideal for remote visual inspection of vessels, containers, tanks, and large pipes. The SNK 60x features world-class leading pan and tilt with 360 degree rotation with wide angle optics and rapid positioning. With the ability to perform 60x zoom, every defect can be clearly seen with your choice of LED or halogen lighting and optional aluminium or stainless steel housing.
The Best Vessel Inspection Camera
The latest generation of the SNK enables you to see the smallest cracks, changes in welds, vessel walls and other critical defects with the zoom and 10x the light sensitivity and double the wide dynamic range of its predecesor. There is also a macro function provides you greater precision at small distances of a few millimetres from the inspection area.
Mobile Tank Inspections
The SNK 60x can operate in battery only mode for up to 5 hours without an additional charge. If you work in hazardous environmentswhere power supplies are not always close by, this is a huge benefit. Swap out as many batteries as needed to increase up-time with its standard Bosch® Li-Ion battery. Waterproof up to 50 meters, you can inspect anything wet or dry at near or far distances.
Scan Feature with Stored Settings
The SNK 60x PTZ camera can quickly and easily store and recall stored positions. Scanning container walls systematically with 'Run & Scan' feature is automatic and will allow you to scan the an entire vessel with one. Two bright individually adjustable light sources ensure the best illumintation of inspection surfaces and increase defect Probability of Detection (POD).
Control and Documentation
The SNK 60x works in conjuctin with the MATRIX E3 documentation system, developed for remote visual inspections with the SNK and Revolver 80. The MATRIX system allows you to inspect tanks and vessels up to 150 m long without the need to enter the environment. Through digital image processing, the MATRIX E3 system provides a vertically oriented image on your screen, regardless of camera position. X/Y co-ordinates are also continually displayed to ensure ease of positioning and defect logging.
Easy Transport and Extensive Accessories
The SNK 60x transports easily and effectively in a mobile and durable transport cases. Accesories for the viZaar SNK include carbon fibre rods, pushing trollies, a manhole tripod and a camera lift. You can also swap out the camera head of the SNK 60x and keep total cost of ownership low.
