The Wilson RH2150 Rockwell hardness tester is targeted for use in high volume labs and production environments for regular and superficial Rockwell hardness testing. It also supports worldwide research facilities with its large number of hardness scales.
Different Sizes for Flexibility
The RH2150 comes in two different sizes to meet additional part testing requirements: a vertical capacity of 10" and 14" (254mm and 356mm). Fully protected from outside environmental influences with a sheet metal casing and loadcell protection ensures accurate and precise measurements.
RH2150 Series Available in Two Load Ranges
The RH2150 Twin has the complete load range, including superficial and regular Rockwell scales as well as Brinell depth loads up to 187.5 kgf. The RH2150 Regular includes regular Rockwell scales as well as Brinell depth loads up to 187.5 kgf.

Putting the RH2150 into use is easy due to its new intuitive user interface for the standalone model that works seamlessly with Wilson's DiaMet™ software. The system requires minimal training and integrates easily into your current hardness testing lab or production floor. A DiaMet™ package is available to have all advanced features of DiaMet™. Advanced statistical calculations, results graphing, and easy test programmability streamline the testing process. Verification reminders trigger automatically to ensure compliance.
