MagnaFlux Magnavis Y-7 AC/DC Hz Magnetic Yoke Kit (MF-Y-7-Yoke-Kit)

The Magnaflux Y-7 AC/DC Magnetic Particle Yoke is designed for portable magnetic particle inspections on ferrous parts. Ideal for inspection of welds and other remote testing, the Y-7's durable and sealed construction allow for testing even in harsh environments. Articulating, double-jointed legs contour to the part and ensure good contact.

The solid-state controls located in the yoke's housing, which is chemical and abrasion resistant, provide maximum safety and reliability. The ability to switch between AC and DC fields allows the operator to inspect for both surfacce and sub-surface discontinuities.

The Magnaflux Y-7 Yoke Kit provides a complete MPI solution. Including  magnetic powder, a paint marker, and other accessories, the Y-7 Kit facilitates the MPI process during spot or field inspections.This Yoke meets requirements for ASME BPVC, ASTM E709, ASTME1444, and ASTM E3024.
