Eishin NiCr Type 1 Test Panels (EISHIN-TYPE-1)

Eishin Type 1 Test Panels are sheared from the same stock with matching crack patterns, making simultaneous comparison of two penetrant batches simpler and more practical. Type 1 Test Panels are made from Brass with a NiChrome Coating. These Test Panels are used to compare and evaluate sensitivity and performance of new and used liquid Dye Penetrants. They can also be used for comparing processing techniques as well as comparing performance of different penetrant materials.

Options for these panels include 10, 20, 30, and 50 microns. A set of panels, which includes one Type 1 Panel of each size, is also available. Each pair of Test Panels is marked with the manufacturer's certification and includes a crack photograph.

These Panels conform to Standards: AMS 2647D, ASTM E1208, ASTM E 1209, ASTM E 1210, ASTM E 1219, ASTM E 1220, ASTM E 1417, ASTM E 1418, ASTM E 165, ASTM F 601, JIS Z 2343-3, and ISO 3452-3:2013.
