Waygate Krautkramer Dynamic Rotating Plastic Fastener Hole Eddy Current Probe, Differential Reflecti (DYNAMIC-PLASTIC)

The Waygate Technologies Krautkramer Dynamic Rotating Plastic Fastener Hole Eddy Current Probes (Differential Reflection), Baker Hughes business products (formerly GE Inspection Technologies), inspect the inner surface of fastener holes for defects. All probes are shielded and come with a common working length of 51 mm. A non-standard working length may be made available upon request. The Dynamic Rotating Platic probes have a frequency range of 200kHz - 2MHz and a variety of ranges in hole diameter, such as 6.0-7.0 mm, 9.5-10.5 mm, and 12.5-13.5 mm. The Dynamic Plastic probes have a split tip to accommodate nominal hole sizes + 1 mm. Probes available from 2.4mm (3/16”) to 38mm (1 1/2”). Probes larger than 4.4mm (11/64”) in diameter have a split tip to accommodate nominal hole sizes + 1mm. Probes available to suit GE, Rohmann or Forster 8mm diameter fittings. 

These probes require a Mini Drive Unit.
