Penetrant Standards Test Blocks

This Penetrant Standards Test Blocks from Flawtech are designed to evaluate the sensitivity of different penetrants or to compare the effectiveness of new and used penetrants. To test a Penetrant Standard Test Block, you process one half of the block with used penetrant and the other with new penetrant. These blocks, also known as a quench crack blocks or cracked aluminum blocks, are divided into two halves 'A' and 'B'. Made of 2024 aluminum, these blocks conform to ASME and ASTM standards.
