The GE Krautkramer MIC 10/MIC 20 UCI hardness testers have been discontinued along with all of their probes and accessories. In their time, they were leading portable UCI hardness testers. Berg Engineering now offers the NewSonic SonoDur line of UCI hardness testers as replacements for the MIC 10 and MIC 20. The NewSonic team are former GE engineers and have upgraded the SonoDur line with data-logging, advanced touchscreen interface, Android operating system, and large storage capacities.
