Calipers

Calipers measure the distance between opposite sides of an object.  The simplest example of a caliper is a compass.  Berg offers over a dozen calipers from Mitutoyo including dial calipers, digital calipers and vernier calipers.  Dial calipers have an analog dial that displays the measurements and can read a fraction of a millimeter.  Digital calipers replace the analog dial with a digital display.  Vernier calipers include the vernier scale on the caliper which gives even more precise measurements and can be displayed in the metric system or in inches.  These calipers give highly accurate and precise readings of distance.  The Dial Caliper Series 505 is newly designed for ultra fluid sliding and immense shock protection.
