These products are made with Mi-Glow 601, 800, or 920 particles using Circle System’s unique bonding process, ensuring a strong bond between pigment and iron particles. This bond eliminates unbonded pigment, which can cause high background interference during wet magnetic particle inspections. The manufacturing process ensures consistent particle size and background on the inspection surface.
Mi-Glow products are suitable for both water-based and oil-based magnetic particle inspections, making them ideal for oil/gas tubular inspection, automotive, and railroad components.
