Berg Engineering offers Eddy Current sorting services for clients. Our mission is to provide 100% defect free part sorting with the highest quality and technical equipment.

We sort parts to determine:

• Material mix for correct alloy
• Proper heat treat verification
• Proper microstructure
• Retained austenite
• Decarb
• Defects

With over 40 years of experience in the NDT sorting, we have sorted parts from numerous industries in batches of all sizes. From automotive parts like gears, shafts, and bearings to every conceivable type of fastener, we test anything metallic which needs to be verified as within specifications.

We use all multi-frequency eddy current inspection on our clients' parts.
